1.How can I view the status of my application?
This can be tracked from the home page by entering the application no. in the search option and the link shows the status of the application.
2.How can I apply/register if I am less than 18 years old?
If you are less than 18 yr old then any one of your parent or legal guardian can add your profile to his/her registered account and then apply through it.
3.How can I register at e-District Portal?
On e-District portal Home Page click New User, after that enter your details and follow the instructions as they appear on the screen.
4.How do I receive my Certificate?
Once your application is approved, you will get the SMS in an registered mobile number so that you can download the digitally signed certificate from the e-District portal using your application number provided to you at the time of applying (online or at the counter) and download the certificate from the portal.
5.What should I do if my application has been rejected?
You will have to apply again after completing the documents/procedure because once the application is rejected by the concerned authority, no further action can be taken.
6.What happens to my application if I do not send the supporting documents and affidavit (wherever required)?
Your application will be send back for the necessary attachments to upload again and it will be intimated through SMS to you for the same.
7.How do I get the forgotten password ?
This can be get by clicking the forgot password link in the home page after that enter your registered mobile number and follow the instruction as they appear on the screen.
8.How can I get the OTP if it is not received in the registered mobile no.?
You can call helpdesk no. 03192-259027, 03192-259028 to get the OTP if not received in your mobile no.
9.Information about how to avail electronic/ digital signature facility for availing the services?
1. Set your signature verification preferences.
2. Open the PDF containing the signature and then select the signature. The Signature validation status dialog box describes the validity of the signature.
3. For more information about the Signature and Timestamp, select Signature Properties.
4. In the Signature Properties Window click Show Signers Certificate button.
5. Click Trust tab in the current window and Click Add to Trusted Certificate button in order to change the trust setting.
6. Select all the checkboxes in the Import Contact Setting Window and click OK.
7. Click Validate Signature button in order to validate Digital Signature.
8. Once the certificate validation is done, you will get the approval remark.
